Terribly, Terribly Decieved

scrapped.

Alrighty, well Nanowrimo 2005 is officially not happening for me this year. Why you ask? well between work, being really sick, being really really not in a good space right now, and having no plot, it is a little challenging. I am really disapointed with myself because i really wanted to finish Nano this year. desperatly. So it makes me sad that it is not going to happen, but i have a new goal sans Nanowrimo.

It's called write something every stinking day till it becomes a habit.

And it is what i will be doing from now on. Sometimes i will write it here, sometimes it will actual pen and paper writing, but it will be done, and rather than nanowrimo, i till aim to have a novel finished by Nanoedmo. National Novel Editing Month that is, which i believe falls in march. But dont quote me on that.

This way i have some leeway, i have to write more like 400 words a day rather than 1667 words a day to meet my timeline, and i have time to shape a story and build a scene, rather than a flybytheseatofmypants attempt at a plot, cause we all know how that turns out, harhar.

I'm still attempting to write the same story i was planing on for Nanowrimo, just with an extended time frame that is aimed at creating a ritual and habit out of writing rather than a really crappy work of fiction. So here goes nothing.

Nanowrimo 2005, Here I Come!

Ok, let the insanity commence once more. I am once again attempting to fulfill the nanowrimo challenge, to write a 50,000 word Novel in 30 days.

....I know. I'm insane. It is a gruelling task that i will take to with gusto, becasue i love writing and i love a challenge, and an international writing challenge is just my thing. And this year i will win too. All 50,000 of those words will be written and i will have a very crappy novel in my hands, Hooray!

And because i love my small blogging public so very much i am sharing it with you. all 50,000 words and all the frustration and writers block that comes along wtih the territory.

Here's to November and Nanowrimo 2005! good luck to all my fellow nanowrimos!
